In the summer of 2019, I had the good fortune to partner with Southern Cross Hospitality and open my own coffee program at the only beachfront restaurant on Tybee Island, The Deck. In this position, I oversaw all operations, including all marketing efforts. I created the menu that you see on the left, as well as the sandwich board sign design below.
